From time to time, we may offer free shipping in Australia as part of a promotion.

Please add your address in the shipping section to determine your accurate shipping rate. 

We ship to PO Boxes Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Orders received before 1pm are processed and usually dispatched the same day. Orders after 1pm are processed and dispatched next business day.

Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.

Extra duties and taxes may apply to regions outside Australia. Pls check with your local authorities.

Returns & Refunds

We will happily help you process a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

If your product is faulty, if we’ve sent you the wrong item or if you simply change your mind, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Please remember: return shipping isn't covered and refunds will be made to the purchaser's original method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition & packaging.

HARD COOLER – 5-year warranty

MESIBA PTY LTD provides a 5-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on Hard Coolers for the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover the seal gasket (if torn) or any contents of the cooler.

Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

This warranty is void if the cooler is used commercially (a for-profit business), structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components or is damaged as a result of abnormal use.

Coolers must be properly closed with no defects or damage to the O-Ring gasket or valve to fully cover warranty.

Damaged handles, latches, valves, and gaskets can all be replaced and will be supplied at no charge in the case of any defect.

To request parts, you must have original proof of purchase and a Return Authorisation (RA) number from MESIBA PTY LTD (please email for RA).

All warranty claims of any nature are void if the Cooler has been altered or changed in any way, including adding non-OEM aftermarket accessories.

MESIBA PTY LTD will replace any broken or defective product, at our sole discretion.

Proof of purchase must be provided upon request to verify warranty coverage, so please retain a receipt for your records.
